1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing apparel from StrayCult (“straycult.com”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

2. ON-DEMAND PRODUCTION & CATALOG

StrayCult operates an on-demand direct-to-garment (DTG) production model. Each streetwear piece is custom-printed upon receipt of confirmed payment.

• Garment specifications (such as 280 GSM combed ringspun cotton) are provided with highest commercial accuracy.
• Digital mockup previews may exhibit minor hue variations due to monitor calibration and direct textile ink absorption.
• Limited edition archival drops are strictly limited in production numbers and subject to availability.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT GATEWAY

All prices displayed on straycult.com are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Payment transactions are securely processed via Razorpay Software Private Limited using 128-bit/256-bit SSL encryption. We do not store raw card numbers, CVV codes, or net banking passwords.
• Orders are confirmed and queued for production only upon successful payment authorization by the payment gateway.
• In the event of a technical payment discrepancy or failed transaction where funds were debited, the gateway initiates an automatic refund within 5–7 banking days.

4. USER ACCOUNTS & SECURITY

Customers may register using verified Google OAuth 2.0 clearance or traditional credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access credentials and for all activities conducted under your assigned Customer ID.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All graphic assets, artwork, typography, logos, digital mockups, and proprietary branding are the exclusive intellectual property of StrayCult Apparel Co. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under Indian and international copyright law.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW

StrayCult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from courier delays, third-party carrier mishaps, or service interruptions. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
